Job Purpose The Head of Technical Services will be responsible for managing the provision of engineering support (2nd and 3rd level) and contract customer administration from customer order through to end of service life. Key Responsibilities
Delivery of technical engineering support for professional solutions products
Delivery of contracted engineering support levels from Level 1 to 3 as well on demand and warranty claims
Ensure correct feedback regarding product quality to the design and factory teams.
Proactive management of escalations to relevant factory of support issues via Chloe
Repair centres / ASC are trained and supported technically
All technical teams are trained including technical help desk
Contract customers escalations are managed through to factory support taking the lead with technical investigations
Lead product recall programmes
Proactively design, develop and improve processes, systems and team performance to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction and to reflect changing customer/product/technology needs over time via KPIs, analyse divergence and take necessary actions
Team development, skills training and succession planning.
To act as senior escalation point within Sony for relevant service issues, being cognisant of the commercial sensitivity
To be responsible for approval and sign off as per TOA
To monitor KPI’s to ensure divergences are understood and any necessary actions are clearly understood and carried out
To communicate to key stakeholders the key business KPI, actions and potential risks
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in after sales service management
Experience in influencing senior management
Substantial experience in managing a technical and diverse workforce
Substantial experience in a technical service environment
Experience of customer contact and support escalation issues
Proven ability to resolve complex management / support issues
Good understanding and ability to communicate in English.

Job Purpose As a Field Sales Manager you will deliver area level sell out and ‘share of business’ targets by category and by volume/value. You will be responsible for the recruitment and performance management of Sales Activators as well as Promoters in stores in your area. You will ensure regular review, product training and performance coaching utilizing all tools available to ensure a high level of promoter performance, retention and vacancy periods. You will hold regular business reviews with senior store stakeholders in order to agree and implement a rolling twelve week tactical store plan with strong commercial focus around delivery of acceptable ROI and store level sales and SOB targets. The plan will include formal store training activities (with focus on key sales staff and knowledge transfer KPIs) as well as sales events, delivering retail theatre and brand ‘point of difference’ that will enhance Sony brand impact in store. You will develop relationships with all stakeholders at store level with the objective of leveraging Sony brand advocacy (propensity to make first recommendation of Sony) through store colleagues as well as incremental Sony store presence and ‘share of voice’ – all designed to increase Sony sales performance and business share. You will ensure that all stores in your area are compliant with ‘Genba’ measures (Selection, Location, Condition & Training) and be able to report accurate quantitative and qualitative market intelligence on a weekly basis. You will closely manage a team of Sony promoters to deliver stretching sales and SOB targets using all communication tools available. You need to demonstrate a Kaizen (continuous improvement) approach in all that you do and have the ability to adapt to the continually changing retail environment.

Initiates and conducts efforts aimed at promoting and ensuring compliance with global privacy laws, regulations and policy requirements.
Supports the management of global initiatives related to protecting the personal data of Sony’s customers, employees, fans, artists and business partners.
Assesses projects, initiatives and/or products for privacy compliance, carries out privacy risk assessments and suggests appropriate steps to address any privacy risk.
Provides advice and support across the company, as a privacy subject matter expert.
Consults with teams across the company regarding privacy issues and the integration of privacy best practices.
Maintains knowledge of applicable privacy laws, regulations and best practices, and monitors changing global privacy laws, regulations and best practices.
Works closely with appropriate teams to enhance governance, controls and documentation, and address findings.
Assists in the development and facilitation of privacy training and awareness programs across the group to improve employee awareness.
A strong data privacy background, including a minimum of 7 years’ direct data privacy experience.
Demonstrable experience in carrying out privacy risk assessments and/or privacy impact assessments.
Certifications such as CIPP strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field, such as information technology, law, management, or equivalent experience.
A legal qualification is valuable, but not essential.
Experience with global cross-company privacy programs and/or initiatives, such as GDPR and/or CCPA, preferred.
Experience in handling data breach investigations and working with data protection authorities preferred.
Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to express complex and technical issues as understandable language within Sony, including clients and other stakeholders.
Must work well as an individual contributor and be a team player.
Ability to work and communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of executives including senior government and industry stakeholders.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously, with strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks and respond to emergencies, organize and schedule work effectively.
Ability to travel internationally as required, up to 20%.
