OVERALL OBJECTIVE

The Diabetes District sales leader is responsible for the overall coordination, functional management, strategy development and leadership for all regional sales activities of the Diabetes business.


Defines, implements, supervises and drives strategic direction, execution, objectives and targets for the Diabetes business in Spain in accordance with country and region strategy, to gain maximum profitable sales and market share. Allocates and utilizes Medtronic resources in the most effective way. Identifies and grows human talent and builds/develops a strong, performance driven team to enhance Medtronic’s reputation in the market.
